Family with children, mixed experience

One moment stood out when I met a staff member named Dawn. She was amazing and really took the time to find us a better room. Without her help, this stay would have been a disaster.

Prices were a bit high for what we got but still not terrible.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Beds were super comfy! Plus, the views from our room were gorgeous.

Felt very welcomed, no complaints at all.

the sheraton is beautiful with a great location near the beach. the room had an amazing ocean view, and the heated indoor pool was a perfect place to relax. a standout was brenda, our housekeeper, who kept our room spotless and welcoming throughout our stay.

perfect for city strolls and nearby attractions

We loved that it was just a short walk to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and less than 2 km from Broadway at the Beach, where we enjoyed fantastic summer fireworks during our stay. additionally, the quick check-in process and cold water in the lobby were refreshing after our walks.

The room was pretty spacious and came with a mini fridge, which was nice for snacks. The beds were super comfortable, and overall, it felt clean. I did notice some small stains on the carpet, though, which was kind of a bummer. But the air conditioning worked great, keeping things cool and comfy during our stay.

The parking garage is pretty tight, making it a challenge if you’re driving an SUV. The pool could use a bit more cleanliness, and the operating hours feel shorter than needed for evening swimming. When it comes to pricing, it seems higher compared to other hotels offering similar amenities. some of the on-site dining options are more expensive than nearby alternatives.

I truly enjoyed the beautiful common areas, which were thoughtfully designed and easily accessible. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

More assistance for senior guests would be appreciated.
